About Eva Event Studio
Eva Event Studio provides event décor rentals, custom event styling, floral backdrops, arches, centerpieces, sweetheart table décor, photo areas, statement displays, delivery, setup, pickup, and related event décor services.
Our services are available subject to date availability, décor availability, event location, venue access, setup requirements, selected rental items, and final agreement.
Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the website, its security, its operation, or other users.
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content for commercial use, submit false information, or use the website in a way that violates applicable laws.
Quotes, Availability & Booking Requests
Submitting a form, inquiry, quote request, or booking request does not automatically confirm your event date, selected décor, pricing, or service availability.
All bookings are subject to review and confirmation by Eva Event Studio.
Your reservation is confirmed only after the required booking retainer has been received and the rental agreement has been signed.
Pricing & Additional Fees
Prices shown on the website are for general informational purposes and may not include taxes, delivery, setup, pickup, security deposits, customization, additional décor items, venue access fees, late fees, damage fees, or other charges.
Final pricing may vary depending on event location, delivery distance, selected rental items, order size, customization, setup requirements, venue access, and other event details.
Eva Event Studio reserves the right to update pricing, package details, availability, and service descriptions at any time.
Payments, Retainers & Security Deposits
Payment terms, booking retainers, remaining balances, security deposits, refunds, rescheduling, cancellations, delivery, pickup, weather protection, damage, and missing item responsibilities are described in our Booking & Payment Policy.
By submitting a booking request or making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined in the Booking & Payment Policy.
Rental Items & Client Responsibility
Rental items remain the property of Eva Event Studio unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients are responsible for rental items from the time they are delivered, set up, picked up, or otherwise provided until they are returned, collected, and inspected by Eva Event Studio.
Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, broken, damaged, excessively dirty, or missing rental items beyond normal wear and tear.
Delivery, Setup & Venue Access
Delivery, setup, and pickup services may be available for an additional fee. The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, venue access information, setup location, timing, parking instructions, loading access, and any venue requirements.
If delivery, setup, or pickup is delayed because of inaccurate information, restricted access, venue rules, client delays, or circumstances outside of Eva Event Studio’s control, additional fees may apply.
Outdoor Events & Weather
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing appropriate protection from rain, excessive wind, extreme heat, moisture, uneven ground, and other weather-related conditions.
Eva Event Studio reserves the right to refuse, adjust, relocate, or modify an outdoor setup if weather conditions, venue conditions, or safety concerns may damage rental items or create an unsafe environment.
Rental items damaged due to improper weather protection may result in additional charges.
Photos, Portfolio & Marketing
Eva Event Studio may request permission to use photos or videos of completed event setups for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, or promotional purposes.
We will not intentionally publish private client information without consent. If you do not want your event décor photos used for portfolio or marketing purposes, please notify us in writing.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, branding, layouts, designs, and other materials, belongs to Eva Event Studio or its content providers unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission from Eva Event Studio.
Third-Party Links & Services
This website may include links or integrations with third-party websites, payment processors, booking tools, maps, social media platforms, or other services.
Eva Event Studio is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eva Event Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, booking process, third-party services, delays, event changes, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

No Guarantee of Availability
All décor rentals, packages, services, event dates, delivery times, and setup options are subject to availability.
Eva Event Studio does not guarantee availability until your booking has been reviewed, the required booking retainer has been received, and the rental agreement has been signed.

Eva Event Studio may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
